Devcode Ltd provides a software tool to run giveaways from Instagram and YouTube comments that anyone can verify. The giveaway itself, its prize and its announcement belong to the organizer.
Organizer responsibilities
Obtaining the required permits (in Türkiye including the National Lottery Administration permit), following platform rules and consumer law are the organizer's responsibility. Announce the entry conditions clearly and hand over the prize.
Account
You sign in with your Instagram Business or Creator account. You are responsible for its security; you can remove the connection at any time in your Instagram settings.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for misleading giveaways, fake results, spam, or anything that infringes others' rights. We may close accounts that abuse these rules.
Fair draw
Winners are picked with the randomness of a drand round announced before the draw; anyone can reproduce the result from the proof on the result page. A drawn giveaway cannot be drawn again; only a reserve can step in, and that is shown publicly.
Independence
The service is not endorsed or approved by Instagram, Meta, YouTube or Google. If these platforms change or restrict their interfaces, the service may be affected.
Fees
The service is free during early access. Paid plans, if any, will be announced in advance.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for outages caused by the platforms.
Governing law
The governing law and competent courts will be set during legal review. Consumers keep the mandatory rights of their own country.
