How to get your data deleted, what is deleted, and what stays and why.
Last updated: 9 October 20261. Through Instagram (recommended)
In Instagram, go to Settings › Website and apps, remove Sosyal Medya Çekilişi and ask for your data to be deleted. Meta sends us a signed deletion request; you are shown a confirmation code and a status page link.
2. By e-mail
Write to [email protected] with your Instagram username and your request. After verifying it is you, we start the same deletion and send you the confirmation code.
As a commenter
If you commented on a giveaway, write to [email protected] with the post link and your username, or contact the organizer. We delete your stored comment.
What is deleted
Your Instagram access token, username and account ID, your sign-in, the names and links of your giveaways, and every collected comment (text, username, ID). Giveaways not drawn yet are cancelled.
What stays, and why
The proof of published giveaways (ticket list without identities, rules and the drand round) stays so anyone can still verify the result; winners then appear fully masked. Logs contain only codes and numbers without identities and are kept for accountability.
Status of your request
Every request has a confirmation code. Follow it at sosyalmedyacekilisi.com/en/deletion-status/CONFIRMATION-CODE. Deletion usually completes within a few minutes.
